Consulting possibilities with SAM

Skin & Coat

Hair Loss

In the case of increased hair loss locally or on the whole body, we will advise you individually whether it is due to a parasite attack, food intolerance, allergy, hormone disorder or drug intolerance. We can even save you a visit to the vet in many cases. And if a visit to the vet is advisable, we will explain to you which examinations are necessary.

Itching

If your animal itches or if your cat brushes itself more often, then we will advise you individually whether it could be due to a parasite infestation, food intolerance, allergy, hormone disorder or drug intolerance. We can even save you a visit to the vet in many cases. And if a visit to the vet is advisable, we will explain to you which examinations are necessary.

Skin changes

If you have noticed skin changes in your animal, we can judge what kind of skin change it is. We assess individually whether you can care for your animal at home or whether it is necessary to visit a veterinary practice. In this case we can advise you how urgent your visit to the vet is, where you can find a suitable veterinary practice in your area and how you can best care for your animal until then.

Violation

If your animal has injured itself, e.g. bunion cut, claw injury, toe injury, bite wounds and scratch wounds, we can very well judge by video telephony whether you can care for your animal at home or whether a visit to the vet is necessary. We explain step by step how to apply a bandage and how to treat the wound.

Important information: In case of major injuries, heavy bleeding or if your pet is apathetic and could be in shock, please contact the nearest open veterinary clinic as soon as possible.
