Shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart. From €19.90, shipping within Germany is free of charge. Your order will usually be shipped the next working day.

For hygienic reasons, the product can be returned only if the goods are in the original closed packaging in new condition.

How long does it take for the first positive changes to become visible in my dog?

When taken regularly every day, the first successes are seen in almost all dogs after about 6 weeks.

My pet has diabetes, can I use the product?

If your pet has diabetes, it is important to check blood sugar regularly, especially if you are using new food supplements.

The effects of plant substances on blood glucose levels have not yet been sufficiently researched. For diabetics, therefore, the product should be gradually introduced over a period of seven days. To do this, start with a small amount (e.g. a knife tip) and gradually increase the amount until you reach the recommended daily dose. Due to the unclear nature of the research, it is your responsibility to keep a close eye on your pet's blood sugar levels while feeding.
