Application

Intended Use: The Canine Distemper Virus (CDV) Antigen Rapid Test is a lateral flow immunochromatographic assay for the qualitative detection of Canine Distemper Virus Antigen (CDV Ag) in secretions from the eyes, nasal cavities, and anus of dogs or in serum and plasma specimens.

This is how you apply the quick test:

  1. Remove eye, nose or anal secretions with the cotton swab - moisten the swab sufficiently.
  2. Insert cotton swab into the filled buffer tube, close and shake well.
  3. Remove sample extract from buffer tube with pipette and place 3 drops in the opening of the test cassette.
  4. After 10 minutes you can interpret the test.‍
