Winter
Inwinter, especially with unkempt pads, ice lumps can form between the toes during snow walks. If the pads are rubbed with VeaVet Paw Care Spray, the snow no longer sticks there. Besides snow, road salt is also an immense danger for the paws of our pets in winter. Because the cold and the snow irritate the paw pads, the road salt penetrates more easily into cracks and open areas, which prevents the healing of wounds. The road salt also removes moisture from the paws, making the pads more susceptible to injury and causing sores.
Summer
Insummer, hot asphalt in particular poses a danger to the paws of dogs and cats. At high temperatures, the ground heats up and a walk can quickly lead to burns on the paw. To prevent paws from cracking in the summer, regular application of the care spray before each walk helps.
VeaVet paw care spray is applied daily. Spray the product onto the paws and massage/spread a little if necessary.
