Winter
Inwinter, clumps of ice can form between the toes when walking in the snow, especially if the pads are not well cared for. If the pads are rubbed with Dr. SAM Paw Care, the snow no longer sticks to them. In addition to snow, road salt also poses an immense danger to our pets' paws in winter. Because the cold and snow irritate the paw pads, road salt penetrates cracks and open areas more easily, which prevents wounds from healing. The road salt also removes moisture from the paws, making the pads more susceptible to injury and causing sores.
Summer
Insummer, hot asphalt poses a particular danger to the paws of dogs and cats. At high temperatures, the ground heats up and a walk can quickly lead to burns on the paws. To prevent paws from becoming cracked in summer, regular use of paw care before every walk helps.
Dr. SAM Paw Care is applied daily. Apply the product drop by drop to the pads and massage/spread a little if necessary.
